What better way to celebrate the 4th of July (ok, we were a bit early) than with a patriotic themed picnic in the park! Julia, Nichole, Kate & myself headed down to Crissy Field on a beautiful, sunny day. The food was all prepared by Claudine from Stiletto & Spice and was incredible! Claudine is a personal chef, caterer, and one of the sweetest ladies I've met. I've eaten a variety of different meals, desserts and smoothies made by her and every time I'm left wanting seconds, thirds, fourths.... We were lucky to have her cater for our 4th of July picnic! Claudine made a Cornmeal Crust Pizza which was amazing. You can find the recipe here.

The salad was a mix of arugula, chickpeas, red peppers and feta cheese. For dessert we had a rice pudding. To be honest, I'm not a fan of rice puddings at all, but the one Claudine made was fantastic (and actually pretty healthy). That recipe can also be found here.
