These are my 5 favorite photos I've taken with my iPhone.
This was my first time in New York, a city I dreamt of living in my whole life. When I finally got there, I spent hours wandering around Central Park and was absolutely enthralled when I discovered the ice rink there. There was mist rising from the ice rink and the city was clouded over with fog. The people all looked so happy and made me feel so warm, despite it being absolutely freezing!

My boyfriend and I don’t smoke, but decided to buy a celebratory pack of cigars when I first took him to Canada so he could explore my home country. He stepped outside the van to light the cigar and was perfectly framed through the car window. It was a raw moment and brings back so many special memories!

I was hanging out with my friend Charlotte at the beach in Lincoln Park, Seattle. We were taking photos for fun, and I had her lay down on this log. The sun kissed the water and her face and it felt like a dream.

Even though I was raised in Canada, I spent two years living in San Francisco which is now the city I call home. Right before moving to New York, I wandered up to Mount Davidson to take a self portrait which would help me remember San Francisco. I love color and sunshine, so wore this colorful dress, which represents the relationship I have with the foggy, cold city.

This is my boyfriend’s daschund, Clementine. She is the sweetest, most bouncy creature who keeps us entertained for hours. One morning I was taking photos of Eric playing with her and she gave me this adorable dog face. I still laugh when I look at this photo.
