Yoga is proven to benefit both the employees and the employer. Reasons to book yoga classes for your workplace:
Increase energy and productivity
Reduce stress, hostility and burnout rates
Alleviate common pains associated with desk jobs, such as back pain or carpal tunnel syndrome
Improve posture
Less absent employees
Provide employees with an overall increased sense of wellbeing
Studies show that for every $1 a workplace puts into wellness programs, such as yoga, they could expect at least $3 in savings. (U. of Michigan Research Centre)
Yoga has similar rates of effectiveness for back pain and movement as physical therapy.

What does my office need for yoga classes?
For a wellness class, students will need a yoga mat and access to a larger space, such as a boardroom or cafeteria. Students can bring their own yoga mats, or if you wish to purchase them for your students, there are many affordable yoga mats outs there. For chair yoga, a mat is not required.
Zoom classes are available for office yoga.
Can we try it out first?
Yes, absolutely! For a single event, see my rates above. If you would like to do more after that, contact me for multiple package pricing. I recommend offering your employees a yoga class at least once a week. Of course, your employees will be the best ones to ask in terms of how often they want to practice!
I’m unsure about the benefits of yoga. Can you give me more information?
There are multiple studies showing that yoga not only helps physically (such as improving one’s posture or alleviating back pain), but it also helps individuals mentally and emotionally. These studies even show that employees who practice yoga miss less work than those who do not. Employees who practice yoga are calmer, more productive and less stressed. On top of that, studies show that for every $1 a workplaces puts into wellness programs, they can expect $3 in savings (or more). I’ve cited a few articles below.
