I’ve heard from a few beginners that an hour of exercise would be too much for them. This is why private yoga is especially good for beginners. Private yoga classes help you learn the basics of yoga. The hour session will include anywhere from 10-15+ minutes of guided meditation and fine tuning your yoga poses. With each private yoga class you take from me, my goal is to leave you feeling more confident than before.
Remember, I design private yoga sessions to meet your specific needs, whether you want a power class or a gentle, restorative or yin yoga class.
Please note: Due to covid restrictions, in class private yoga sessions require all parties to wear a mask. If you would prefer not to wear a mask, online private yoga classes are available.
