Congolese Children And A Cricket

The kids in Bandundu LOVED getting their photos taken. It was sometimes overwhelming as they literally followed me everywhere I went, sneaking their faces in front of the camera. But, I couldn't ever say no to their smiles. :) 

This little girl stood quietly in the back with a huge grin on her face. I walked away at first, and then stopped and looked back at her. Still grinning, she held up this cricket and this was the photo I got.
